Taanith's Khanduq

'''Taanith's Khanduq''' (Kaval Sabban, Rhamal Drudach, Emerald Ward, Calimport) is the headquarters of the Circle of Architects, Engineers, and Planners and the Esteemed Guild of Builders. This unique khanduq does little day-to-day business of the sort normal for the khanduqs. This has been reworked with warehousing of materials and stabling of draft animals on the ground floor. The entire second floor is dedicated to the offices (and some living areas) for the builders and planners (foremen), whose skills are necessary in any construction projects across the city. On the top floor of the khanduq are the offices of the engineers and architects whose plans are crucial for the constant rebuilding of the city. The eastern side of the khanduq’'s third floor holds the allied guild's’ taproom, where builders and architects and their clients gather to relax.
